The Abbi Agency (TAA) is on the lookout for our next class of paid media interns! If you’re curious about the power of good advertising, this is the place for you. Keep reading for the who, what, where, when and why, plus more good stuff.

INTRODUCTION

This internship is a semester-long role in the paid media department, requiring a commitment of 15 hours per week. 

TAA’s internship program is designed to supply real-world agency experience and professional development in a collaborative and creative environment. Interns work closely with a designated mentor who will provide personalized guidance throughout the program.

ABOUT PAID MEDIA

Paid media is all about maximizing impact through targeted campaigns. As an intern, you’ll be part of an all-star team that analyzes performance and fine-tunes strategies for results that truly wow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist in creating, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook and TikTok
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences, keywords and performance improvements
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and provide client-facing reports
  • Coordinate creative assets and collaborate with vendors
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to contribute new ideas

THE ABBI ACADEMY 

School is in session! All TAA interns receive insight into multiple departments through our Abbi Academy program. You’ll get a front-row seat to the way an integrated agency operates, plus a real look into the teamwork and creativity that fuel our agency!

COMPENSATION

Interns receive a stipend of $850 upon completion of the internship, meant to help cover the cost of an internship course credit fee at your university. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • College junior or senior standing as of Spring 2026 (Preferred)
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and research skills 
  • Current knowledge of social media platforms, influencers and trends
  • Proficient in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Drive, etc.
  • Ability to work 15 hours per week on a schedule set by you and the intern manager
