Prominence Health Plan is a well-known healthcare brand in Northern Nevada. It provides full-featured, comprehensive health plans for small businesses at prices normally reserved for large companies. It provides excellent care, with an emphasis on wellness and primary care physicians, so patients get the chance to know their doctor. However, Prominence does not have the same level of awareness in Southern Nevada. Existing health plan providers have operated in the market for a number of years and have strong brand recognition.

Leading With Compassion

The Abbi Agency set out to create a campaign — the company’s first in Southern Nevada — to expose the community to the Prominence brand. Almost 98 percent of American businesses have fewer than 50 employees, and Las Vegas is home to many of these smaller businesses. Prominence offers these companies the opportunity to provide their employees with high-quality, big-company healthcare at affordable prices, but most people were unaware that Prominence was even an option.

 

We crafted creative that conveyed strong compassion for small local businesses and a willingness to provide the innovative solutions they needed. Prominence’s moderate size meant that the company was small enough to be nimble and responsive, yet large enough to provide the same or better service as large conglomerates at a fraction of the cost. 

 

Our media plan had two objectives: Raise overall brand awareness of Prominence Health Plan and its services in Southern Nevada while targeting an audience of small businesses owners. A variety of traditional and digital tactics were employed throughout a three-month period, driving businesses to a  dedicated landing page where they could connect with a broker. The campaign delivered more than 63 million impressions and more than 12,000 individual landing page sessions.
