Environment

Our Commitment to the Environment

At TAA, we believe in environmental stewardship— a shared responsibility for protecting the earth and minimizing the impact of our daily decisions. We are committed to reducing our footprint, supporting sustainability and embedding eco-conscious practices into our operations wherever possible.

Through our Green Virtual and Headquarters Policy, we promote innovative approaches to environmental action among staff. We also prioritize healthy indoor environments, recognizing that sustainability starts with the spaces where we live and work. TAA strives to improve our operational sustainability while leading by example— not just in our industry, but in the broader movements advocating for environmental sustainability, public health and action against climate change.

Workers

  • Q12 Survey - Employee Satisfaction

Each year, TAA surveys the entire team to better understand employee satisfaction and engagement. Here's a breakdown of our results from 2025:

  • Overall Engagement Score

Our average engagement score was 4.17, placing us in the 55th percentile among benchmarked organizations— slightly above the industry average and a valuable indicator of team-wide sentiment.

  • Staff Engagement Rate

TAA's overall staff engagement rate was 65%, showing that the majority of our team feels connected to their work and the agency's mission.

  • Team Members Feel Cared For

We ranked in the 75th percentile for employees who feel they have a manager, or someone at work, who genuinely cares about them as a person. This result reflects the strength of our people-first culture and leadership approach.

  • Growth Is Encouraged

TAA ranked in the 51st percentile for employees who feel someone at work encourages their development. This shows continued progress toward fostering a growth-oriented environment where team members can advance their skills and careers.

  • Collaborative Culture

In 2025, TAA introduced its first ever All Agency Summit hosted in Reno in December. The goal of the initiative was to foster a collaborative community, plan for the upcoming year, and establish and grow agency employee relationships. Our commitment to collaboration as an agency shows team members that we value their input and drives innovation, alignment, and stronger outcomes across teams.

These insights help us identify opportunities for continued growth, communication and support across the agency.

  • Internal Initiatives
  • Developed a Mental Health Journal & Coloring Book

TAA introduced a custom mindfulness workbook as part of its ongoing commitment to employee well-being. The workbook provided guided prompts, self-care checklists, reflective exercises, and client-inspired coloring pages designed to help team members find joy, manage stress, and stay connected with themselves throughout the workday.

  • Earth Day Activations

TAA celebrated Earth Day by organizing volunteer opportunities that encouraged team members to give back to their local communities. In Reno, employees spent time supporting environmental efforts at Washoe County Park, helping maintain and beautify shared outdoor spaces. In Las Vegas, our team partnered with Green Our Planet to contribute to sustainability initiatives focused on education and community impact.

  • B Keeping Society

TAA significantly expanded its B Keeping Society in 2025, strengthening its commitment to purpose-driven impact and employee engagement with the B Corp mission. The team introduced several new programs, including the agency’s first-ever agency-wide volunteer day during B Corp Month, creating a shared opportunity for employees to give back. In addition, the team launched monthly, agency-wide volunteer opportunities, empowering employees to lead and organize initiatives for colleagues to participate in.

TAA also launched the inaugural Do Good Sh*t application and selection process, which awarded $125,000 worth of services to nonprofits in Nevada that the team felt were aligned with our mission.

Additionally, the team organized an internal donation drive supporting employees’ nonprofits of choice, which was amplified through an agency match. These efforts helped formalize and scale the B Keeping Society’s impact across the organization.

  • Evergreen Marketing Materials

TAA uses dedicated B Corp marketing materials in relevant outreach, advertising and sponsorship materials in order to raise awareness about our B Corp efforts.

  • Internal Communication Cadence

We use a variety of communication channels— including monthly staff meetings, newsletters and Slack— to keep employees informed and connected. The Honeypot, our dedicated B Corp Slack channel, provides regular updates on initiatives and activations.

  • Employee Recognition

Our #HiveFive recognition program allows team members to give and receive points for B Corp-aligned actions, celebrating everyday contributions to our shared mission.
