The Abbi Agency Establishes Office In NYC, Eyes National Growth at Startup Incubator

With strong growth among its East Coast clients, The Abbi Agency, a public relations, creative and digital engagement firm headquartered in Reno, has landed in New York City.

Keen to build a strong business network rooted in innovation, the agency has established its eastern headquarters at WeWork Labs, a selectively curated startup incubator situated in the West SoHo neighborhood.

As The Abbi Agency opens shop at WeWork Labs, the firm joins a vibrant community of businesses across a broad range of industries. Its new neighbors include technology and media companies such as Microsoft BizSpark, TriNet, Hired, Jackpocket, and Reddit.

WeWork Labs provides developing companies with a vast array of resources including several conference rooms, a design library, recreational areas and, most notably, a community management service that keeps businesses in conversation with each other by hosting weekly networking events as well as actively encouraging business professionals who can offer services to one another within the community to meet face-to-face.

The Abbi Agency’s newfound position in the WeWork Labs community aligns well with the firm’s plan for growth. The agency is poised to work alongside key players at the incubator in order to form partnerships that bring the talent, dedication and vision of “The Biggest Little City” to “The Big Apple”.

This move will bring Nevada businesses further into conversation on the East Coast market while simultaneously allowing the firm to directly support its nationally growing clientele.

New ambitions, new partnerships and a new location all represent The Abbi Agency’s bid to take its business to greater heights.

Evynn McFalls, who brings a wide range of experience in public relations and journalism positions to the position, will serve as media specialist in the New York City office.

McFalls, a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, has developed social media campaigns for food-and-beverage companies, managed public relations and advertising contracts for apparel companies and co-managed crowdfunding campaigns for charitable organizations.

His experience includes work as marketing manager for Altitude Social, public relations manager for the record label Thrift Soul and editor-in-chief of Insight Magazine. He is pursuing graduate studies at St. John’s University.
